Is there a minimum number of mailboxes or a contract?

No. Atriomail is usage-based: create one mailbox or a thousand, and scale up or down at any time. There's no minimum commitment, no contract and no cancellation fee.

What does the $1.39 include?

Each mailbox includes 15 GB of storage, webmail, IMAP/POP3/SMTP access, spam filtering and antivirus, automatic SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication, autodiscover/autoconfig for mail apps, and access to the full panel, API and integrations.

How does extra storage pricing work?

Storage beyond the included 15 GB is added in 5 GB blocks at $0.60 per block per month, with no upper limit. A 25 GB mailbox, for example, costs $1.39 plus two blocks at $0.60 each, $2.59 per month in total.

What is always free?

Domains, aliases, forwarders and catch-all addresses are unlimited and never billed, your invoice lists them as free. IMAP migration is also free, including hands-on help from our team.

How is white-label branding priced?

White-label branding, your webmail domain, your logo, your colors, a custom login page and automatic SSL, is an add-on with a one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription. Contact sales for current terms.

How do I pay?

Monthly via Stripe, with one consolidated invoice that itemizes every mailbox and storage block. Invoicing is available for volume partners. You can download past invoices and manage payment methods in the panel.
