Live chat for your clients
On by default inside the control panel for everyone who signs in, on your branded hostname too. An AI assistant answers first and our team takes over during business hours. Your clients' chats come to us, not to you.
Support is the hidden cost of selling email. With Atriomail, your clients get live chat inside the control panel, on your branded hostname too: an AI assistant answers first and our team takes over during business hours. Add self-service restores, DNS checks and migrations, and the everyday email questions no longer have to go through you. You keep the client and the margin.
Your clientMail from our new domain isn't going out yet. Can you check?
SupportSure. Create a support code in the account menu and paste it here, and I can look at your account.
Your clientPasted. Go ahead.
SupportThanks. I can see northwind.io. Shall I re-check its sending verification now?
Your clientYes please.
SupportDone, it's verified. Want me to send a test email from hello@northwind.io?
Example conversation. Every change waits for the account holder's yes.
Every reseller knows the list: "where did my email go?", "is my domain set up right?", "how do I move my old mail?". Here is who handles each one on Atriomail.

An account holder creates a one-time support code. With it, the assistant can look at that account and, with a yes for each change, re-run DNS automation, re-check sending verification, retry a migration or send a test email. It never handles passwords.
Your clients restore it themselves from any of the last 30 nightly backups: one email, a folder or the whole mailbox, into a new folder, with nothing overwritten. See how email restore works.
Every domain has a DNS Setup dialog with each record and a copy button, a status that re-checks the live records on demand, and automatic mail DNS on connected Cloudflare and Namecheap accounts.
Built-in IMAP migration copies mail from Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud and any server that allows password sign-in. For a single mailbox it tests both sign-ins before it starts, so a wrong password shows up in seconds.
Step-by-step help center pages come with the control panel. On your branded hostname they carry your logo, and their contact links point to your own support address if you set one.

On a book of 200 mailboxes you pay Atriomail $278 a month (200 × $1.39). The live chat your clients use, the restores they run and the DNS checks they click are all inside that number.
Some resellers want us to take every email question. Others want to talk to their clients themselves. Both work, per branded hostname.

Atriomail does. Live chat is on by default inside the control panel for everyone who signs in, your clients included, on your branded hostname too. An AI assistant answers first, and people on our team take over during business hours. Your clients' chats reach our support team, not you.
No. Live chat is included with every Atriomail account, with or without white-label, and so are self-service email restores, DNS checks and IMAP migration. You pay $1.39 per mailbox per month.
The chat window does not carry your brand. It shows the neutral name "Support" and a footer naming the chat software it runs on. If your clients accept your own privacy policy, tell them the chat is run by us, or switch it off on your hostname.
Yes. Switch off the live chat on your branded hostname, and set your own support email address so the contact support links on your hostname, on the sign-up confirmation page and the help center pages, point to you.
People on our team answer during business hours. An AI assistant answers first.
Without a support code it gives general how-to answers and does not look at the account. With a one-time support code from the account holder, it can look at that account and, with a separate yes for each change, do four things on the account's own domains and mailboxes: re-run a domain's DNS automation, re-check its Amazon SES verification, retry a migration, or send one test email from a mailbox. It never handles passwords.
No. We do not copy you on your clients' chats, and we do not tell you when one of them uses a support code.
Creating an account is free and needs no card. Add your first client's domain, and your clients get live chat, self-service restores and DNS checks from day one. $1.39 per mailbox per month, support included.
