If the domain's DNS is on Cloudflare or Namecheap, connect that account before you add the domain. Once the domain passes the security check, Atriomail can write its MX and DKIM records, plus SPF and DMARC where none exist; writing MX moves the domain's mail, so add a live domain only when you are ready to switch. On any other DNS host, the DNS Setup dialog lists each record with a copy button.
Each mailbox includes 15 GB. Copy existing mail into your new mailboxes from any server that allows password sign-in over IMAP, then add aliases, forwarders and a catch-all on any domain that has a mailbox.
