This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which payments may be refunded for services provided by AtrioSolutions LLC through atriomail.com, system.atriomail.com, and any other subdomains we operate (“AtrioMail”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By registering for and using AtrioMail, you agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
AtrioMail is a subscription-based service billed on a monthly cycle. We do not provide refunds for services once they have been billed. This applies to:
- Subscription fees for email accounts and related services.
- Fees incurred for additional accounts created during the billing cycle.
- Partial months of service, unused services, or early cancellations.
2. Billing Cycle
- At registration, you are charged for one email account.
- During the billing cycle, you may add or delete accounts at any time.
- At the end of each billing cycle, we calculate all active accounts and services and charge your payment method accordingly.
3. Cancellations
- You may cancel your account at any time through the AtrioMail dashboard.
- Once cancellation is processed, all data is permanently deleted immediately.
- No refunds or credits are issued for services canceled before the end of a billing cycle.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are only considered in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charges caused by a system error.
- Charges proven to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
