These Billing & Subscription Terms (“Terms”) explain how billing, payments, and subscriptions work when using services provided by AtrioSolutions LLC (“AtrioMail”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through atriomail.com, system.atriomail.com, and related subdomains.
By subscribing to AtrioMail, you agree to these Terms along with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Model
- AtrioMail services are offered on a monthly subscription basis.
- At signup, you are billed for one email account.
- During your billing cycle, you may create or delete accounts at any time.
- At the end of each billing cycle, your payment method will be charged for all active accounts and services at that time.
2. Auto-Renewal
- All subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
- By subscribing, you authorize AtrioMail to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis.
3. Payments
- Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc..
- We accept major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe.
- You must maintain a valid payment method on file to keep your account active.
4. Refunds
- AtrioMail operates under a no-refund policy.
- Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of:
- Duplicate charges caused by a system error.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

5. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard on system.atriomail.com.
- Upon cancellation, all associated data is permanently deleted immediately.
- No prorated refunds or credits are provided for early cancellations.
6. Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge automatically.
- If payment cannot be completed, we may suspend or terminate your Services until the account is settled.
